### Exploring Harvard GSD’s Executive Education Course on Designing the World’s Largest Passive House Office

Architects are currently in a race to discover technologies, essential data, operational models, and financial frameworks that support the success of building retrofits and designs in light of global decarbonization mandates and evolving occupant preferences. In the course “Building Decarbonization 101: Exploring the Technology, Data, Operations, and Finances of Net Zero Development,” participants will explore innovative buildings worldwide, engage with a diverse panel of global experts, and gain comprehensive strategies to implement in their own projects.

One of the program’s highlights is the session led by Brad Mahoney, the Sustainable Development Director at MP Boston, who will delve into the creation of [ppp1], the largest Passive House office space globally. Drawing from his involvement with Winthrop Center, Brad will address the intelligent and effective development of buildings, along with the financial and operational aspects of building decarbonization.
