### Top 25 Upstate High School Girls Basketball Teams Rankings

This week’s rankings of the top South Carolina teams in the Upstate for Girls Super 25 have been updated. Wren maintains its position at No. 1 for the third consecutive week, while the defending Class AAAAA state champion, Mauldin, is back in contention for the top spot. The notable changes are at the bottom of the list, with five new teams making their entry.

1. Wren (18-2)

Wren continues to dominate, securing victories against Powdersville (49-26) and Belton-Honea Path (66-45) last week. Upcoming matches include Tuesday’s game at Fountain Inn and Friday’s game against Southside.

2. Mauldin (10-1)

Mauldin climbed to the second spot after defeating J.L. Mann (52-38) and Hillcrest (73-12) last week. This week, they face Woodmont on Tuesday and T.L. Hanna on Friday.

3. Westside (15-3)

Westside remains strong with wins against Berea (68-27) and Greenville (68-45) last week. They are scheduled to play at Greenwood on Tuesday and against Easley on Friday.

4. Pickens (15-2)

Pickens moved up in the rankings after beating Greenwood (38-26) and Easley (42-31) last week. They will compete against Greenville on Tuesday and Berea on Friday.

5. J.L. Mann (13-3)

J.L. Mann dropped to the fifth spot following a loss to Mauldin (52-38). They are set to play against Hillcrest on Tuesday and Woodmont on Friday.

UPSTATE’S TOP PERFORMERS:

6. Byrnes (12-6)

Byrnes secured victories against Dorman (47-42) and Boiling Springs (45-39) last week. They will face Gaffney and Spartanburg this week.

7. Gaffney (14-4)

Gaffney had a successful week, defeating Boiling Springs (85-37), Spartanburg (71-51), and Dorman (58-52). Their upcoming matches include games against Byrnes and Hillcrest.

8. Blue Ridge (15-3)

Blue Ridge strengthened their position with wins against Carolina Academy (70-26), Broome (48-39), and Chapman (70-23) last week. They are scheduled to play Travelers Rest and Eastside this week.

9. Fountain Inn (15-4)

Fountain Inn secured victories against Palmetto (55-20) and Southside (46-38) last week. They will compete against Wren on Tuesday and Powdersville on Friday.

10. Dorman (12-8)

Dorman faced losses against Byrnes (47-42) and Gaffney (58-52) last week. They have upcoming matches against Spartanburg, Wade Hampton, and Boiling Springs.
