Sioux Center, Iowa — A local higher education institution has once again been recognized for its excellence.
Forbes recently ranked Dordt University’s Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Leadership program among the top 10 in the country.
As per Forbes, Dordt’s program explores “the most recent advancements in management and leadership theories, focusing on the unique aspects of school environments and equipping graduates to effectively lead groups of their peers in education.” The ranking specifically noted the exceptional courses offered by Dordt, such as collaborative leadership and instructional leadership.
Upon learning about the program’s recognition by Forbes, Dr. Matthew Beimers, the Director of the School Leadership Program, expressed feeling “surprised by joy” and acknowledged being “humbled and grateful for the dedication of the staff and faculty who deliver exceptional support and instruction to the program’s participants.”
