Evaluation of Proficiency Scores in South Jersey Schools
An analysis has been conducted on the Proficiency Scores of all schools in New Jersey to assess the quality of education they offer. The results revealed that among the 77 Schools in Cape May County, the average Math Proficiency Score stands at 16 percent, while the average Reading Proficiency Score is 39 percent.
Both these figures fall below the New Jersey State Proficiency Averages (Math: 26 percent – Reading: 47 percent). Here is a list of Atlantic County Public Schools that have received a rating of 7 out of 10 or higher according to Public School Review:
