### Enhanced Scholarship Program for Walton College Students

The Sam M. Walton College of Business has been granted a $150,000 donation from STAT Recovery Services to establish the STAT Recovery Scholarship, which will be distributed over a two-year period. This scholarship aims to assist students enrolled in the [ppp2].

Expressing gratitude for STAT Recovery Services’ dedication to education, community impact, and student achievement, Chancellor Charles Robinson emphasized the significance of the STAT Recovery Scholarship. This initiative is poised to provide crucial support for aspiring business leaders in Arkansas, enabling them to expedite their master’s degree pursuits.

The STAT Recovery Scholarship is earmarked for students who exhibit exceptional drive and potential, with a preference for first-generation college students. Recipients must be actively engaged in a 4+1 master’s program and pursuing specialized graduate degrees in fields such as Finance, Information Systems, Applied Business Analytics, and Supply Chain Management.

Designed to alleviate financial burdens, the scholarship offers $15,000 per recipient during their fifth year of study, enabling them to concentrate on academic endeavors and professional aspirations.

The 4+1 programs at Walton College provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to commence their graduate studies in the final year of their undergraduate education. This unique structure allows students to integrate graduate coursework that counts towards both their undergraduate and graduate degrees, offering them a competitive advantage in the job market.
