UNC Charlotte provides a wide array of graduate programs that are highly regarded nationally, as per the latest 2024 U.S. News Best Graduate Schools rankings released on April 9.
The [ppp1] program, which is part of the Belk College of Business, achieved its highest ranking since 2020, securing the No. 45 spot among part-time Master of Business Administration programs. This represents a two-spot improvement from the previous year and positions the program as the top choice among public universities in North Carolina.
Additionally, the program in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences ranks in the top 21% of all programs, standing as the second-best public program in the Carolinas and holding the No. 57 position overall. It has also garnered recognition with three specialties ranking in the top 25: local government management, nonprofit management, and public finance.
Furthermore, the social work program in the College of Health and Human Services has climbed five places to No. 67 in the rankings. Other CHHS programs within the top 100 include certified registered nurse anesthetist (No. 51), public health (No. 68), and health care management (No. 41).
The Cato College of Education’s graduate programs hold an overall ranking of No. 71, while the College of Computing and Informatics is listed among the top 100 best computer science schools at No. 96.
