**Assisting Students Dealing with Faulty College Financial-Aid Applications**

NEW YORK CITY (WABC) – Commencing with assistance for college students navigating the federal student aid form, commonly referred to as FAFSA.

The U.S. Department of Education recently unveiled an enhanced form featuring reduced inquiries and broader eligibility criteria.

Despite the delayed launch of the form, students have been grappling with various technical glitches and prolonged response times regarding financial aid updates.

Joining us are James Rodriguez from College and Career Resource Fairs and Francisco García-Quezada from NYC Regional Bilingual Education Resource Network, shedding light on upcoming complimentary FAFSA completion workshops.

In Westchester County, Manhattanville College welcomed its inaugural Latino president.

Dr. Frank Sanchez assumes leadership of the 182-year-old institution situated in Purchase, New York. He will be featured on the upcoming episode of “Tiempo.”
