### Simplifying Education for Visually Impaired Students in Rajasthan with Smartphones

Dr. Leela Chaturvedi, the Assistant Project Coordinator and Chittorgarh District Incharge for Inclusive Education, has announced that the ongoing inclusive education training, scheduled from March 14th to 18th, is in progress. The training aims to simplify and enhance the education, enrollment, and retention of fifteen visually impaired students from government schools in the district.

The camp was formally opened by Vimlesh Yadav, the program officer and camp in-charge of Samagra Shiksha, Udaipur, who shared insights about the program.

Hemendra Kumar Soni, a reference person and member of the training module writing team, introduced the trainees to the Talkback talking software, emphasizing its importance in the context of this ICT program.

The trainers are currently delivering sessions on various educational applications such as E-Pathshala, Easy Reader, Mission Gyan, and the Optical Character Recognition App, among others.
