### Enhancing Education Reform in Pakistan with the Support of SIFC

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is proactively taking measures to tackle Pakistan’s educational issues and synchronize its system with global benchmarks. With more than 26.2 million children currently deprived of education, including 40% of those below the age of 10, the need for prompt action is evident. This urgency is underscored by the recent findings of the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER-2023), emphasizing the critical requirement for high-quality education in Pakistan.

To address these challenges, SIFC is working closely with both federal and provincial authorities to revamp education policies and narrow the existing gaps. A primary focus of SIFC’s strategy is the establishment of technical and vocational training institutions, in conjunction with enhancing fundamental educational norms. These endeavors aim not only to enhance Pakistan’s workforce quality on a global scale but also to significantly impact the international employment arena.

Through active involvement with foreign investors, SIFC aims to deploy human resources nationwide, fostering economic progress and advancement. By collaborating with stakeholders at various echelons, SIFC is dedicated to instigating substantial transformations in Pakistan’s educational sector.
