### National Ranking of Online Learning Programs at Siena Heights and Adrian College

— ’s distance education programs maintain high rankings, with ’s digital business programs also receiving recognition from a national publication.

For the eleventh consecutive year, Siena Heights University’s online undergraduate program was recognized nationally by U.S. News & World Report in their recent online ranking release. Adrian College was acknowledged for its online graduate business degrees as per press releases from SHU and AC.

Siena Heights University’s Online Bachelor’s Programs secured a notable position among both public and private institutions, ranking as the fourth highest private institution. Additionally, it retained its status as the top-rated educational institution in Michigan for the eighth consecutive year.

The top spot for online bachelor’s degree programs nationally was claimed by University at Buffalo-State University of New York, followed by the University of Florida in second place and the University of Illinois-Chicago in third. Preceding and succeeding SHU and Boise State in the rankings were the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Daytona State College in Florida, respectively.

In Michigan, following SHU, Northwood University in Midland and Walsh College in Troy shared the 98th spot nationally for online bachelor’s programs.

Furthermore, SHU achieved the 28th rank nationwide in the [ppp1]. This marked the highest position attained by a Michigan institution in this category. The University of Florida led the charts for the top online program for veterans, trailed by Arizona State University and the City University of New York School of Professional Studies.

Within Michigan, Walsh College secured the 56th position nationally for online programs for veterans, while Central Michigan University followed closely at 58th.

SHU emerged as the second private university with a Catholic affiliation on the Online Bachelor’s Programs list, standing out as the first Catholic institution on the Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans ranking.

Adrian College

Adrian College shared the 97th position with Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business, Kent State University in Ohio, Ohio University, University of Houston-Clear Lake in Texas, and the University of St. Francis in Illinois in the [ppp2]. Additionally, AC tied for the 208th spot with Abilene Christian University in Texas, Carson-Newman University in Tennessee, Cleveland State University in Ohio, Hardin-Simmons University in Texas, Lee University in Tennessee, Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, Texas Woman’s University, and the University of New Haven in Connecticut in the [ppp3].

The top-ranking non-MBA master’s in business programs featured Carnegie Mellon University at the helm, followed by the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and Arizona State University’s Carey School of Business.

Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business led the online MBA programs ranking, with Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and the Kennan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill following suit.

“These rankings are a testament to the quality of Adrian College’s online courses, which are on par with traditional in-person classes,” stated Tony Coumoundouros, dean of graduate studies and continuing education at Adrian College. “Among thousands of online programs assessed, we have secured a position in the Top 100 for Best Online Master’s in Business Programs and within the top 250 for Best Online MBA Programs.”

Both AC’s and SHU’s online programs were part of the over 1,800 programs reviewed by U.S. News & World Report. The evaluation focused on regionally accredited institutions offering predominantly or entirely online programs. The assessment criteria included engagement, services and technologies, faculty qualifications, student achievements, and peer evaluations.
