BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Moravian University has been recognized as one of the top graduate schools in the United States by U.S. News & World Report for the year 2024. The university has achieved high rankings in three key areas of study.
Moravian University has tied for the 147th position nationally in nursing, the 159th position nationally in occupational therapy, and the 136th position nationally in speech-language pathology.
President of Moravian University, Bryon L. Grigsby, expressed pride in the faculty and staff who have developed exceptional graduate programs. He highlighted the rigorous curriculums, impactful coursework, and the nurturing learning environment that equips students for success in their post-graduate endeavors. Grigsby emphasized that while rankings are significant, the true measure of success lies in the achievements of the program graduates in their respective fields, reinforcing the university’s commitment to excellence in graduate education.
In addition to Moravian University, several other local institutions offering graduate programs have also made notable appearances on the list. DeSales University secured the 142nd spot nationally in nursing, Alvernia University was ranked 211th nationally in occupational therapy, West Chester University claimed the 103rd spot nationally in speech-language pathology, and East Stroudsburg University held the 193rd position nationally in speech-language pathology.
