Local Title I charter school named to list of best high schools

Meaning, they could be licensed nurses before setting foot on a college campus.“I feel really prepared,” Blanc said.Students can also get various certificates and learn about other trades while specializing in their career academy.“I’m in the medical career, but I have certifications in other careers too,” junior Gabriel Alvarez said. “So, I have WordPress, I have Photoshop.”Students and educators alike said the biggest thing that sets Inlet Grove apart from other schools is the community. “If you need something, there will always be someone for you,” Alvarez said. “The teachers are super close with you.”Open-enrollment: Palm Beach County Schools begin open enrollment for the 2024-2025 school yearEach student is assigned a staff member when they get to Inlet Grove and they stay as their mentor during their entire high school career.“One of my students went to Harvard University with all expenses paid,” Lopez said.For Lopez, he wants to continue growing the school’s athletic programs and eventually have them live up to the same high expectations as the school’s academic standards.He also hopes to continue impacting the greater Riviera Beach area.“We want to transform this community,” he said. “This community needs help.
