- Montgomery Lake Creek leads the Class 5A rankings with a record of 12-3, followed by Grapevine and Leander Rouse.
- The top 10 also features Porter, Argyle, and Boerne Champion.
Class 4A
- China Spring is ranked first in Class 4A with a record of 9-3, followed by Sinton and Liberty Eylau.
- Bullard, Celina, and Canyon West Plains are also part of the top 10.

- Boyd secures the top position in Class 3A with a record of 12-2, followed by Wall and London.
