### Top Schools List Features Noles as a Contender for 4-Star Offensive Lineman Dontrell Glover

Florida State has positioned itself well for the future by securing a five-star interior offensive lineman, Solomon Thomas, from Raines High School in Jacksonville, Florida, laying a strong foundation for the program’s offensive line unit.

Despite Thomas’ commitment since December, the offensive coordinator/offensive line coach remains active in bolstering the team’s offensive line. The recruiting efforts continue, with notable prospects still on the radar.

One promising prospect to keep an eye on is four-star interior offensive lineman Dontrell Glover from Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia, part of the Class of 2025. Initially committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide, Glover opted to de-commit following the surprising retirement announcement of legendary head coach Nick Saban.

Subsequently, Glover identified Florida State as his top choice, unveiling a list of nine preferred schools, including Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Auburn, Miami, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas.

The Seminoles extended an offer to Glover belatedly on February 3rd during his Junior Day visit in Tallahassee. Despite the delayed offer, Florida State aims to recruit at least three offensive linemen to fortify their ranks.

With key players like Maurice Smith, Darius Washington, Robert Scott Jr., Jeremiah Byers, Richie Leonard IV, and Keiondre Jones departing, Florida State faces the challenge of filling the void left by these experienced individuals.

Looking ahead, the recruitment strategy for Florida State involves not only securing young talent but also incorporating seasoned players through the transfer portal. The upcoming 20242025 offseason will be crucial for Atkins as he strives to elevate the offensive line unit to a top-tier status in collegiate football.
